Return & Exchange Policy
To ensure a smooth and fair resolution process, please note the following:
- If you receive incorrect items or your order is incomplete, you must record a video while opening the parcel.
- The video should clearly show the unopened package, the unboxing process, and the items inside.
- This video is required as proof to process any claims for missing or incorrect items.
- Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to assist with replacements or missing item claims.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
You should expect to receive your replacement within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a replacement more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days). Against the return, you have the option to buy anything else from us or get a Store Credit which can be used later whenever you decide to purchase.
If you need to return an item, please message us on Facebook/Instagram with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Please note that there is no return & replacement based on Like or Dislike Factor.
Sale items (items sold at a discount from their original price) are not subject to any return unless there’s a fault on arrival.
